I’m confused about the pieces. Does it mean each pack has 50 hydrangea heads? Or each hydrangea head has 50 flowers on it?

I really liked them. Especially once I sprayed them with colored floral spray, they appear life-like. (Note: these are the ivory hydrangeas that I colored NOT the purple ones.)
